About Me

I am dedicated fitness trainer, whose sole  focus and purpose is to help individuals reach their fitness goals, and appreciate their uniqueness. My brand (Zamaswazi Fitness) represents empowerment, body positivity and self-love.

 

The passion I have is mainly centered around improving client health, wellness and quality of life through developing customized training programs and various online challenges. These high-level training programs utilize creative techniques in exercise science, cardio and strength training.

 

My hope is to assist you on how to adopt a healthy diet and active lifestyle that can change your life physically, and mentally. I have fully committed myself to a healthy and fit lifestyle, and would love to guide you on this journey. Some of my accomplishments include partnering with various brands to promote health and fitness, featuring in Women’s health magazine SA, and much more.
